美国Echelon Biosciences 于1997 年在美国犹他州成立，其前身是美国国家级细胞信号研究中心。Echelon 是美国著名免疫学产品供应商，专业提供各种抗体、分析检测试剂盒、抑制剂等产品，尤其擅长以细胞信号、脂类代谢和标记物研究为主的相关产品。为研究治疗诸如癌症、糖尿病、炎症、感染和心脑血管疾病专家提供全面有效工具。
2014年开始默瑞生物开始在国内代理销售Echelon公司全线产品，随着合作的深入。 2016年6月20日，Echelon公司W.Tim Miller （President&CEO）以及Bert V. Israelsen(COO)到访默瑞上海总部洽谈合作事宜，同年7月份Echelon邀请默瑞拜访。2017年3月9日，双方签订合作协议，默瑞生物正式成为Echelon公司在中国地区的战略合作伙伴，为中国用户带来品质卓越的产品和服务。
